It was a crisp, sunny morning when I laced up my shoes for a walk with a good friend. As we picked up the pace, I vented my frustrations. I had gained the weight back again, after months of working so hard to lose it.

“I’m starting keto again on Monday,” I said. “It’s the only thing that works.” My friend stopped in her tracks and looked me dead in the eye. “But is it though?” she asked.
That simple question hit me like a ton of bricks. Was keto really working? Or had I been fooling myself? My friend had seen me stuck in the same cycle for years—going all in on keto (or whatever diet was trending), losing weight fast, and then gaining it all back.

About me
My journey with weight loss was like so many other midlife women - a cycle of yoyo dieting, restriction, and frustration. And like you, I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
Enter the FASTer Way to Fat Loss—a program that didn’t require me to give up carbs, didn’t force me into a cycle of deprivation, and didn’t feel like a never-ending uphill battle. 2022 | The Walk that Changed My Life
Keto wasn’t working like it did before. I was walking with a friend telling her I was going to start Keto again, and she asked why. It was helping, just sending me on a spiral - and I knew I needed something different. Enter the FASTer Way. In 6 months I had lost 30 lbs and have maintained it for the past 18 months. I stopped the excessive cardio and hours of working out. Lost the all in or nothing attitude and ditched the scale.
2018 | The Keto Haze
To lose weight prior to keto I tried Weight Watcher’s, Jenny Craig, Nutri System, counting calories, spending hours on the treadmill but could never stay with it. In 2018 I found keto and lost around 40 lbs finally being back to pre baby weight which I had been carrying since 1999!
2019 - 2022 | The Yoyo
I gained and lost the same 20-30 pounds and continued the yo-yo cycle. It wasn’t sustainable. I could lose weight fast, but as soon as I went off any kind of restrictive diet, I would gain it all back. Overtime, I could feel my metabolism and hormones taking a hit. I knew I needed a change.
Today...
I dropped 3 pant sizes and have maintained it for over 2 years, feel the best I've felt, possibly ever, and have the privilege to help other women get into the best physical, mental and emotional health of their lives.
